Rachel True – Chief Operating Officer

Rachel joined ProActivate with over 15 years of experience in business operations. After successfully serving as Vice President of Operations leading the Talent Management Team, Rachel has recently transitioned to Chief Operating Officer. Rachel ensures the smooth operation of the daily and weekly talent deliverables, while keeping a close watch on all the daily tasks of the Talent Management Team.

She reports directly to the President of the company and maintains continued communication with ProActivate’s clients to ensure that their needs are met. Rachel is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, client retention, helping to find new clients and providing world class service.

Prior to joining ProActivate, she served as the Director of Associates Development, where she mentored remote associates with all set-up functions including lead database management, marketing materials, and professional development. Rachel received her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Kansas with Dual Majors of Psychology – Human Development and Family Life.

 


Colleen CarrollColleen Carroll – Director of Marketing and Client Relations

Colleen has been with the ProActivate team since 2011. She brings 6 years of experience of managing client relationships to ensure exceptional service levels. She attended college at Letourneau University.
Colleen’s has a passion for taking ProActivate’ s business to the next level and ensuring our internal team has what they need to be successful in order to serve our clients as trusted advisors.

She enjoy’s making an impact in candidates lives, careers and helping them achieve their goals She feels that her role allows her to have a positive impact to both candidates and clients. She really enjoys impacting revenue and productivity when working with clients.

Colleen grew up in Longview Texas and now resides in the DFW area. She is married to her best friend and is a devoted mom to her son and daughter. She is actively involved in her community, attends book clubs, bible studies and enjoys spending her free time with friends and family.
